KAMAZ, Russia - Performed a valuation for a lending institution of this truck and small vehicle manufacturing operation. KAMAZ is one of the largest vehicle manufacturing complexes in the world consisting of over 42,000 machine tools housed under 26 million square feet of manufacturing facilities.

COLFOR and COLMACH, Ohio - COLFOR was one of the largest cold forming operations in the United States. COLMACH was a machining operation which machined product formed by COLFOR for supply to General Motors, Ford and Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Performed a valuation for a lending institution of these two automotive component manufacturers.

General Motors do Brazil , Brazil - Performed a complete appraisal for their diesel engine plant. As part of the appraisal activities, U.S. Equipment Company located potential purchasers for specific lines, which in some cases, resulted in ultimate purchase at higher than projected liquidation values.

Chevrolet Division, General Motors, Indiana - Performed an evaluation of the Chevrolet forging plant. After assessing the domestic and international needs, U.S. Equipment Company gave a valuation of the assets and recommended the best approach for achieving the highest return on net assets for General Motors.

Fisher Body Division, General Motors, Ohio - Performed a valuation of a stamping press plant for General Motors. After assessing domestic and foreign needs, U.S. Equipment Company gave a valuation of the assets and recommended the best approach for achieving the highest return on net assets for General Motors.
